Art prints

Printed with archival inks on 210gsm matt fine art paper. The paper is acid free, so colours stay true and it won’t yellow over time. Every print comes in a standard size, so it also fits frames you already own.

Framed prints

Choose a black, white, oak or walnut frame, made from FSC certified wood. Each frame has a shatterproof Perspex front instead of glass, which keeps it light and safe to hang. Your print arrives framed and ready to hang, with fixings for portrait or landscape.

A4 and A5 frames also include a kickstand for shelves and desks.

Canvas

Printed with archival inks on canvas with a matt finish and a fine natural texture, then stretched over a wooden frame. Arrives ready to hang.

Framed canvas

Add a black, white, oak or walnut float frame. The canvas sits inside with a small gap around the edge, so it appears to float. Float frames have no Perspex or glass, which leaves the texture of the canvas on show.

Good to know about this wall art

Is a frame included?

Only if you choose one. Pick black, white, oak or walnut and your print arrives framed with a shatterproof Perspex front, ready to hang.

Will your prints fit a frame I already own?

Yes. Every print is a standard A size or 50 × 70cm, so it fits off the shelf frames.

How quickly will my order arrive?

In 3 to 7 working days, including the 1 to 2 days we take to print, frame and pack your order.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver free to the UK, US, Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Other EU countries pay €9.99 to €29.99 depending on package weight and size. Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

What if it doesn’t suit my room?

You have 14 days to decide. See our returns policy for details.

Can I hang my wall art in a bathroom?

Framed prints, yes, in a well ventilated bathroom. Avoid hanging them directly above a bath or shower, as steam can get inside the frame over time. Unframed prints and canvas are best kept out of bathrooms.

How do I care for my wall art piece?

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, as strong light can fade colours over time. Keep art away from heat and moisture, such as directly above a radiator, bath or shower.

Does wall art make a good gift?

Yes. Framed wall art pieces and canvases arrive ready to hang, so they’re easy to give for a housewarming, birthday, Mother's day, Father's day or Christmas.

Art with soul

Made for walls that mean something.

Akua Home started at a dining table in 2021. Rooted in our founder's Ghanaian heritage and a love for interiors, what began as a personal search for the right art grew into a brand built around one belief. Every home deserves walls with soul.

Today that same intention lives in everything we make. From African-inspired prints to modern minimal designs, our wall art is made to bring warmth, personality and meaning to any space. Every framed piece arrives ready to hang so the only thing left to do is enjoy it.

And our greeting cards are made with the same care. Premium quality, considered designs and the kind of words that stay with the people you send them to.
