Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start your return please login to your customer account to request a return. 

Kindly note that we are unable to offer a free return service. We ask you to choose carefully before making your purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe your item to be faulty or if your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours so that we are able to arrange a replacement or refund. Items purchased with a gift card cannot be refunded but are eligible for exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact(at)akuahome.co.uk.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning your items, please make sure that they are sufficiently wrapped and protected. Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged.
