How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within one day of your order being placed.
However, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to high volume of orders or delay from our courier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to a number of international locations, including the US, Canada and some parts of the EU.
Please note that international and EU orders may take 10 – 15 working days from the date you placed the order. Akua Home is not responsible for any custom-related charges in your country.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking code to help track your order.
Please note that tracked orders are not available for greeting card ‘only’ orders.
I haven’t received my order yet what do I do?
If your order does not arrive within 7-10 business days, please contact our customer service.
I haven’t received an order confirmation
Once you place your order the order confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
If you can’t find the order confirmation, please check your spam first as the email confirmation might have ended up in your spam box. If this is not the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our studio, please contact us immediately.
Please note that we can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough time to cancel your order, as your order may already be packed and sent out for delivery.
What are your delivery costs?
- UK and Ireland: delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery costs range from £0.95 – £4.95 with tracked and non-tracked options. Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.
- EU + International Shipping: £6.95 – £10.50.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, if you wish, you can return your order.
Our return policy lasts 14 days from when you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items.
Return and exchange shipping costs
Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When returning your items, please make sure that they are sufficiently wrapped and protected.
Unfortunately, we can not refund the cost price for any items that are returned to us damaged.
Prints & Posters
How are prints packaged?
A5 and A4-sized prints will arrive flat in cardboard packaging. Our A3-sized prints will arrive rolled in a secured tube packaging. If you order both A5/A4 and A3 prints you may receive two separate packages.
What kind of paper quality do you use?
Our prints and posters are professionally printed on high-quality archival paper with a semi-gloss or matte finish depending on the print. Please make sure you read the product descriptions carefully to find out which paper quality is used for each specific print.
Our semi-gloss finish gives our prints a premium feel and a light gloss finish. Our matte paper is used for some prints to create a matte surface without reflections to create a premium feel with no glare.
Do prints come with a white border?
Some prints may come with a white border due to how they are designed. The product image will always display the white border. Products that do not display this do not have a white border.
